Many of the search criteria have Pop-Up Windows which display lists of possible entries associated with the field chosen. Pop-up Windows are accessed by either clicking on a search criteria field that is underlined or the down arrow to the right of the white search field.
The window will display the first 50 entries in the list. You can select a different amount of results to display from the appropriate drop-down box. Click on the arrow buttons ( << or >> ) to get either previous or next entries.
To seea more specific list of items, type the first few letters of the desired result in the text box provided and click Browse.
To choose an entry from the list, click on it. To select two or more entries in the same criteria field, hold down the Ctrl key and click on each entry.
Click on sel to copy the highlighted entry(ies) into the box at the bottom of the window. When you are done compiling all the search terms, click OK to copy them into the search field in the Search Screen. To exit the Pop-Up Window without copying a word, click on Cancel.
