You will automatically be taken to this screen when you click Find on the Search Screen. There are three List reports to choose from (List of Plan Sponsors, Contact Sheet and mailing Labels)

Click on the Sponsor's Name in the List Screens to toggle your display window between Lists of records and the Detailed Reports of a record.

To return to the Search Screen, click on Search.
